This is the best beer! It is a very complex artisanal Wallonian copper brown ale, rich, warming, with an almost liquorice taste, mocha flavors, pear and toasted bread. I do really have a preference for chocolaty beers so this is a favorite and I think it is perfect for the evening all by itself. It has a good head and a nice rich brown lace. Great full mouthfeel. Hop finish is fairly muted.
