A great cloudy orangish gold color that has a great head and laces beautifully. The head hangs around for quite a while. Smells of spicy yeast, bread and fruit. Tastes fairly smooth with a nice bready flavor and mouthfeel- maybe a little light. It is an excellent beer and exactly what I expect from a Trappist beer. Nicely carbonated. Very drinkable.
